Born on 20^th April, 1977, Justice Om Prakash Shukla, graduated in Laws (LL.B) in the year 2003 from Lucknow University. Enrolled as an Advocate with U.P. Bar Council in the year 2003. Practiced in Civil, Service, Constitutional, Revenue, Criminal and Miscellaneous matters at the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow, Delhi High Court. Served as Group ‘A’ Counsel for Union of India and Senior Panel Lawyer of State of Uttar Pradesh at Supreme Court of India and also worked as Standing Counsel for ONGC, Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan,  GAIL, NHPC etc. 

Appointed as an Additional Judge of the High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, took oath on 3^rd August, 2022 and later took oath as the Permanent Judge on 21^st March, 2024. Transferred as the Judge of the High Court of Delhi and took oath of office on 21^st July, 2025.
