Enrolled in the year 2001, after completing his LL.B. from N.E.S. College, Jabalpur. Practiced across diverse fields involving civil, criminal and constitutional law. Primarily practiced before the High Court of Madhya Pradesh and the Supreme Court of India. Also appeared before various Commissions, Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities. Worked as the Deputy Advocate General and Additional Advocate General for the State of Madhya Pradesh. Upon being designated as a Senior Advocate by the High Court of Madhya Pradesh served as the Advocate General for the State.

Discharged responsibilities as Chairman of the Special Committee of the State Bar Council of Madhya Pradesh. Served as an ex-officio member of the Executive Council of various universities, including the National Law Institute University, Bhopal. Was part of numerous selection committees of universities concerning appointment of Vice Chancellors.

Was elevated to the Bench as a Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh on 08.10.2021.  Thereafter, transferred as a Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 02.06.2022.
